Colors, templates, and profiles

Color Manager

Build your own color palette.

The Color Manager lets you create a custom palette for your drawings. Add colors using hex input (#RRGGBB format) and remove ones you don't need. Your palette persists across sessions - it saves to settings automatically.

Templates

Save and reuse object styles.

Templates capture the appearance of a drawing - color, width, style, fill state, and text properties. Create a template from any selected object, then apply it to others of the same type. Rectangle templates work with rectangles, line templates with lines.

The Template Manager organizes templates by groups or categories. Complex templates support multi-object setups, saving the style of related objects together. All templates persist to INI files.

Profiles

Save your entire workspace configuration.

Profiles store your toolbar settings - colors, layers, width, style, font, and layer selection. Save different setups for different trading styles or symbols, then switch between them.

The default profile (default.ini) auto-loads when PrismChart starts. Use the Save/Load buttons in the Settings dialog to manage profiles. Profile files are stored in MQL5/Files/DrawingLayers/.
